सिद्धि साधना आरम्भ से पूर्व साधकों के लिए अति आवश्यक निर्देश

भगवती की साधना करने वाले साधको ! सिद्धि साधना अथवा मंत्रानुष्ठान हेतु नियमों का पालन करना तो अपरिहार्य है ही, साध ही कुछ अन्य नियम भी है, जिनका पालन करना आवश्यक होता है अनेक विद्वानों मर्मशों ने परीक्षण करके इनकी व्यवहारिक उपयोगिता और प्रभाव को स्वीकार किया है। सिद्धि साधना विधान के अन्तर्गत साधकों को इस प्रकार का निर्देश दिए गये हैं-

1. स्नान करके शुद्ध स्वच्छ वस्त्र पहन कर उपासना स्थल में जाना चाहिए।

2. वस्त्र दो हों और सिले हुए न हों।

3. साधना या उपासना स्थल पूर्णतया शान्त सुरक्षित और एकान्त हो। य

4. दिन भर के पहने हुए वस्त्र साधना के समय नहीं पहनने चाहिए।

5. आसन पर एक बार बैठ जाने पर बार-बार उठना उचित नहीं होता।

6. बैठने में सदैव शरीर सीधा रहे, मेरूदण्ट को झुकाना नहीं चाहिए।

7. सिद्धि अनुष्ठान में पूजन, जप और आहुतियों की पूर्ति आवश्यक होनी चाहिए।

8. सिद्धि साधना आरम्भ करते समय शुभ दिन, तिथि, मुहुर्त आदि का विचार अवश्य कर लेना चाहिए। लघु साधना के लिए दोनों नवरात्रि [चैत्र और आश्विन मास में होने वाली] उत्तम होता है।

9. जप काल में नित्य देवता या देवी का आवाह्न विसर्जन करते रहना आवश्यक होता है। किन्तु मन्दिरों में स्थापित विशाल देव प्रतिमाओं के समक्ष साधना करने पर आवाहन विसर्जन की आवश्यकता नहीं होती।

10. धूप, दीप, अक्षत, चन्दन, गंगाजल, बिल्वपत्र, पुष्प और नैवेद्य नियमानुसार प्रयोग नित्य ही अवश्य ही किया जाये।

11. सिद्धि अनुष्ठान की समाप्ति कर हवन, तर्पण, मार्जन, क्रिया एवं कुमारी कन्यावों का पूजन-भोजन, दान तथा ब्राह्मणों को भोजन कराकर दक्षिणा दान देकर संतुष्ट करना चाहिए।

12. पूरी साधना काल में ब्रह्मचर्य व्रत का पालन करना चाहिए।

13. श्रृंगार, सज्जा, स्वादेच्छा, पर स्पर्श न करके अपना कार्य स्वयं करें । कार्य व विचार दोनों ही पवित्र एवं स्वच्छ हों।

14. सिद्धि अनुष्ठान आरम्भ के समय जैसा संकल्प किया जाये, उसका अन्त तक पालन करना चाहिए।

15. सिद्धि काल से बचे समय में भी धार्मिक विषयो का चिन्तन, धर्म- चर्चा, आध्यात्मिक विचार वाले लोगों का सामीप्य और इष्ट देवता का स्मरण कल्याण कारी होता है।

16. मंत्र का उच्चारण पूर्णतः शुद्ध हो।

17. सिद्धि अनुष्ठान में मंत्र जप पूर्ण होने के बाद निर्धारित मंत्र का "दशांस भाग" मंत्र जप करते हुए हवन में आहुतियां देनी चाहिए।

सिद्धि काल में आवश्यक निषेध

1. साधना के दिनों में प्रतिकूल भोजन सर्वथा त्याज्य है। गरिष्ठ, तामसिक भोजन से साधक की मनोशान्ति और शुचिता नष्ट होती है ।

2. कुत्संग, अश्लील दृश्य, अनैतिक विषयों की चर्चा, काम-चिन्तन, श्रृंगार उत्तेजक वस्तु, दृश्य अथवा वार्तालाप सर्वथा वर्जित है।

3. मादक द्रव्यों का निषेध। बहुतेरे साधु, फकीर गांजे-भंग-चरस का दम लगाकर कहते हैं इससे ध्यान लगता है-यह सर्वथा असंगत है। साधक के लिए किसी भी प्रकार के मादक पदार्थ की स्वीकृति नहीं दी गई है। साधना काल में समस्त प्रकार का विलासित और मादक पदार्थों का निषेध कहा गया है।

4. साधक के लिए अनुष्ठान काल में गांजा, भांग, चरस, अफीम, शराब, बीड़ी, सिगरेट, बीड़ी, तम्बाकू, मांस, मछली, अंडे, मुर्गे, लहसुन, प्याज आदि को सर्वधा त्याग कर संयमित जीवन व्यतीत करना चाहिए।

5. शिखा खोलकर साधना नहीं करनी चाहिए।

6. बिना स्नान किए, अपवित्र अवस्था में साधना करना बर्जित है।

7. नग्न होकर साथना करना निषेध है।

8. बिना आसन बिछाए नंगी भूमि पर जप व साधना करना निषेध है।

9. जप के समय में वार्तालाप नहीं किया जाता।

10. भीड़भाड़ वाले जनसंख्या स्थान में जप या साधना करना वर्जित है।

11, माला जपते समय हाथ और सिर खुला नहीं रहना चाहिए।

12. राह चलते या राह में कहीं बैठकर जप नहीं किया जाता।

13. भोजन करते समय अथवा शयन काल में जप नहीं किया जाता।

14. आसन विरूद्ध किसी भी स्थिति में वैठकर, लेट कर, या पैर पसार कर जप नहीं किया जाता।

15. छींक, खखार, खाँसी, थूकना जैसी व्याधि के समय जप न करें।

16. प्रत्येक यंत्र-मंत्र व तंत्र साधना की सिद्धि साधक के आचरण पर निर्भर करती है। मन-वचन तथा कर्म से पवित्र, विश्वासी, श्रद्धालु, परोपकारी, स्वार्थ सहित एवं विवेकी साधक ही भगवती की सिद्धि साधना में सफलता प्राप्त कर पाते हैं।

17. काम, क्रोध, मदू, लोभ, मोह, हिंसा, एवं दूसरों को हानि पहुंचाने के उदुदेश्य से की गई साधना निष्फल हो जाती है।

18. तांत्रिक साधना अथवा यंत्र-मंत्र साधना में या देवि-देवताओं की सिद्धि में सफलता प्राप्ति के लिए किसी अनुभवी गुरू का मार्ग दर्शन प्राप्त करना आवश्यक होता है। सामान्य प्रयोग तो अध्ययन एवं अभ्यास से ही सिद्ध हो जाते हैं,

परन्तु विशिष्ठ प्रयोगों की सिद्धि के लिए किसी सुयोग्य गुरू का शिष्यत्व ग्रहण करके ही साधना आरम्भ करनी चाहिए।

19. धर्म, नीति, सत्य, न्याय, सदाचार, नैतिकता एवं कानून के विसूद्ध तांत्रिक सिद्धि का प्रयोग भूल कर भी नहीं करना चाहिए।

Renew My Mind, Body and Soul

Lord, I come before you today in need of your healing hand.

I am lost, but I come to you with grace.

You gave us life, and you also give us the gift of

infinite joy. Give me the strength to move forward on the path you’ve laid out for me.

To Heal a Friend

Think, o God, of our friend who is ill, whom we now commend to Your compassionate regard.

that no healing is too hard for the Lord, if it be His will.

Good morning, Lord!

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, Father. Energize me for Your work, because You know how tired these bones are. Awaken me to the wonder of Your salvation, and quicken my spirit to the reality of Your work in my life.

Lord, my mind is filled with creative ideas, but they’re all jumbled. Holy Spirit, come and hover over my mind like You hovered over the waters at creation and speak order out of the chaos! Lord, I am weary and don’t know when this “race” will end in my life. I feel like I’ve been running forever, trying to outrun this trial. Help me to stop trying to outrun my pain but rather run with endurance the race you have set before me.
