प्राचीन काल से ही भारतीय साधना पद्धति में सौन्दर्य की साधना करना भी एक आवश्यक गुण माना गया है। सौन्दर्य शब्द को लेकर के समाज में आज जो भी धारणा हो, उसके विषय में तो कुछ भी नहीं कहा जा सकता, किंतु प्राचीन काल में ऋषियों के मन में सौन्दर्य को लेकर के न तो कोई द्वन्द्व था, न उनके मन में कोई ऐसी धारणा थी कि सौन्दर्य की उपासना अपने आपमें कोई अश्लील धारणा है । यही कारण है, कि प्राचीन ग्रंथों में सौन्दर्य का मूर्त रूप अप्सरा को

मान कर प्रकारान्तर से सौन्दर्य की ही उपासना करने का प्रयास किया है, क्योंकि सौन्दर्य नारी के माध्यम से अपने सर्वोतकृष्ट रूप में स्पष्ट हो सकता है ... और संसार की तीन अद्वितीय सुंदरियां मानी गई हैं, जिनके नाम उर्वशी, रम्भा, और मेनका हैं, इनमें भी उर्वशी का नाम सर्वोपरि है । ये सुंदर स्त्रियां देवताओं के राजा इन्द्र की सभा में अद्वितीय नृत्य और सुर्य के समान प्रखर सौन्दर्य रश्मियों से सबको अभिभूत करती रहती हैं।

उर्वशी के बारे में ग्रंथों में कहा गया है, कि वह चिरयौवना है, हजारों वर्ष बीतने पर भी वह 18 वर्ष की उम्र की युबती के समान अन्नहड़ मदमस्ति और यौवन रस से परिपूर्ण रहती है। सारा शरीर एक अद्वितीय सुन्दरता से परिपूर्ण रहता है, जिसको देखकर व्यक्ति तो क्या, देवता भी ठगे रह जाते हैं। विश्वामित्र संहिता के अनुसार गोरा अण्डाकार चेहरा, लम्बे और एडियों को छूते हुए घने श्यामल केश, जैसे कोई बादलों को घटा उमड़ आई हो, गौरा रंग ऐसा, कि जैसे स्वच्छ दुध में केसर मिला दी हो, बड़ी-बड़ी खजन पक्षी की तरह आखें जो हर क्षण

गहन जिज्ञासा लिए हुए इधर उधर देखती है, छोटी चुम्बक, सुंदर और गुलाबी होठ, आकर्षक चेहरा और अद्वितीय आाभा मे युक्त शरीर सब मिल कर एक ऐसा सौन्दर्य जो उंगली लगने पर मैला हो जाए । ऐसी ही सौन्दर्य की सम्राजी उर्वशी संसार की अद्वितीय सौन्दर्य सम्राजञी है, जो अपने यौवन व सौन्दर्य के माध्यम मे पूरे संसार को मोहित किए हुए है ।

विश्वामित्र ने जब यह सुना कि उर्वशी इन्द्र के दरबार की उज्जवल सौन्दर्यमयी नृल्यांगना है जिसके नृत्य से मनुष्य तो क्या बहुता हुआ पानी भी ठिठक कर रुक जाता है, तो उन्होंने आज्ञा दी कि उर्वशी मेरे आश्रम में भी नृत्य करे। विश्वामित्र ने अपना संदेश इन्द्र तक पहुंचा दिया और इन्द्र ने हाथो - हाथ मना कर कहला दिया कि यह किसी भी प्रकार से सम्भव नहीं है। विश्वामित्र तो हठी योगी रहे हैं, उन्होंने मंत्र बल से उर्वशी को अपने आश्रम तुम्हें ठीक वैसा ही नृत्य मेरे शिष्यों के सामने इस आश्रम में करना है, जैसा इन्द्र की सभा में तुम करती हो।

"उर्वशी ने यौवन के नशे में चूर दम्भ से मना कर दिया और इठलाती हुई पुनः

इन्द्रलोक चली गई ।              

विश्वामित्र तिलमिला कर रह गए । उन्होंने उसी क्षण प्रतिज्ञा की कि मैं सर्वथा नये तंत्र की रचना करूंगा और तंत्र बल से इसे अपने आश्रम में बुलाऊंगा, एक बार नहीं जब भी चाहे नृत्य करवाऊंगा और इसी जिद्द और क्रोध का परिणाम हुआ 'उर्वशी तंत्र'। किसी भी अप्सरा की साधना चार रूपी में की जा सकती है। मां, बहन, पत्नी और प्रेमिका के रूप में साधना सम्पन्न करना श्रेष्ठ माना गया है। विश्वामित्र ने प्रेमिका रूप से तंत्र रचना की और इसी तंत्र के माध्यम से उ्वशी को अपने आश्रम में आने के लिए बाध्य किया और उसे अद्वितीय नृत्य करना पड़ा।  गौरखनाथ ने भी इस साधना के माध्यम से चिरयौवन प्राप्त किया और गोरक्षपुर में उन्होंने हजारों शिष्यो के सामने सदेह उवशी को बुलाकर अद्वितीय नृत्य सम्पन्न करवाया। इतिहास साक्षी है कि स्वामी शंकराचार्य ने इसी साधना को सम्पन्न कर अपने शिष्य पदमपाद को अंतुलनीय वैभव का स्वामी बना दिया, यहाँ नहीं अपितु भंडन मिश्र से शास्त्रार्थ के दिनों में शंकराचार्य ने उर्वशी को तंत्र के माध्यम से उसे अपने सामने बुलाकर उससे काम कला की वे बारीकिया समझी जो सन्यासी होने की वजह से उनके लिए असंभव थी, इसी साधना के बल पर आज से सौ साल पहले म्वामी विशुद्धानंद जी ने बनारस में नवमुण्डी आश्रम में अभिनव नृत्य कराकर अंग्रेजों को आश्चर्वचकित कर दिया था, और उस समय के तत्कालीन कलेक्टर ब्लासिम ने तो कहा था, कि मैंने अपनी जिन्दगी में ऐसी सुंदरी नहीं देखी, वह अचानक आई और जो नृत्य उसने किया वह आश्चर्यचकित करने वाला था।

उर्वशी साधना कोई भी साधक सम्पन्न कर सकता है। साश्त्र के अनुसार भी उर्वशी की साधना पत्नी का प्रेमिका के रूप में ही सम्पन्न करनी चाहिए।

साधना विधि

यह साधना 49 दिनों की है, किसी भी पूर्णमासी की रात्रि से यह साधना प्रारम्भ की जाती है, धर के किसी कोने में सफेद आसन बिछाकर उत्तर की तरक मुह कर बैठ जांए, सानने घी का अखण्ड दीपक प्रज्ज्वलित करें और स्वयं पानी में गुलाब का थोड़ा सा इत्र मिलाकर स्नान कर स्वच्छ सफ़ेद वर्त्र धारण कर आसन पर बेठ जाए, और सामने उ्वशी यंत्र और चित्र रखकर मोती की माला से मंत्र जप करे।

मंत्र जप समाप्ति के बाद उसी स्थान पर सो जाएं। इन 49 दिनों में वह न तो किसी से बात कर, और न कमरे से बाहर जा केवल शौच आदि क्रिया करने के लिए बाहर जा सकता है। सातवे दिन पक्का ही घुंगरुओ को मधुर आवाज सुनाई देती है, मगर साधक को चाहिए कि वह अविचलित भाव से मंत्र जप करता रहे। इक्कीसवे दिन बिल्कुल ऐसा लगेगा कि जैसे अपूर्व सी

सुगंध फैल गई है, इसके बाद नित्य ऐसी सुगन्ध और ऐसा आभास होगा। 36 वें दिन बिल्कुल ऐसा लगेगा कि जैसे कोई अद्वितीय सुन्दरी आसन के पास आकर बैठ गई है, मगर साधक अविचलित न हो और मंत्र जप करता रहे, 47 वें दिन साधक की परीक्षा आरम्भ होती है, और वह सशरीर उपस्थित होकर साधक की गोदी में बैठ जाती है, फिर भी साधक को चाहिए कि वह न तो विचलितहो और न कामोत्तेजक हो। 49 वें दिन वह अपूर्व श्रृंगार कर साधक से सट कर बैठ

जाएगी और पूछेगी कि मेरे लिए क्या आज्ञा है, तब साधक कहे कि मेरी पत्नी बन प्रेमिका की तरह प्रसन्न करो, तब वह सिद्ध हो जाती है, और जीवन भर सुख, काम, द्रव्य प्रदान करती रहती है।यह आजमाया हुआ तंत्र है, और अपने आप में प्रामाणिक सिद्ध प्रयोग है, एक बार सिद्ध करने पर फिर जीवन में बार-बार प्रयोग करने की जरूरत नहीं रहती,

इस साधना में तीन बातें आवश्यक हैं

1.साधनाकाल में 49 दिन तक किसी से भी कुछ भी न बोले।

2.साधना के बाद उशी सिद्ध होने पर परस्त्रीगमन न करे I

3.उर्वशी तंत्र सिद्ध होने पर उसके साथ रमण करे, जो कुछ भी चाहे प्राप्त करें, पर द्रव्य का दुरुयोपयोग न करे।

यह साधना आज भी जीवित है, और वर्तमान में भी कई तांत्रिकों ने इसे सिद्ध कर रखा है। वस्तुत: यह जीवन की एक अद्भुत और पूर्ण सुखोपभोग देने वाली सौन्दर्यमयी साधना है, जिसे सिद्ध करने में शास्त्रीय दृष्टि से भी किसी प्रकार का बन्धन या दोष नहीं है। प्रत्येक्ष रूप से देखने पर यह साधना लम्बी प्रतीत होती है कितु इसके मंत्र पर ध्यान दें तो यह अन्य साधना की अपेक्षा सरल की कही जा सकती है। साथ ही महार्षि विश्वामित्र के द्वारा प्रणीत होने के कारण इसकी प्रामाणिकता स्वयं सिद्ध है ।

Looks here and there with deep curiosity, small magnets, beautiful and pink lips, attractive face and unique body with an aura all together, a beauty that becomes sloppy when fingered. Urvashi, the emperor of such beauty, is a unique beauty queen of the world, who has fascinated the whole world through her youth and beauty. When Vishwamitra heard that Urvashi is a bright beauty of the court of Indra, the dance of which a lot of water, even if the man stops stagnating, he ordered that Urvashi should dance in my ashram too. Vishwamitra sent his message to Indra and Indra refused hand and hand and said that it is not possible in any way. Vishwamitra has been a stubborn yogi, he has to dance Urvashi in his ashram in front of my disciples in the same ashram, as you do in the house of Indra.

Indralok left. Vishwamitra was left stunned. He vowed at that very moment that I would create a new Tantra and call it to my ashram with the help of Tantra, I would get the dance done whenever I wanted and this stubbornness and anger resulted in 'Urvashi Tantra'. Any apsara can be cultivated in four forms. It is considered best to perform spiritual practice as a mother, sister, wife and girlfriend.

Vishwamitra lovingly composed Tantra and through this Tantra forced Uvashi to come to his ashram and perform a unique dance. Gaurakhnath also attained Chirauvan through this practice and in Gorakshpur he called Sadeh Uvashi in front of thousands of disciples and performed a unique dance. History testifies that Swami Shankaracharya completed this practice and made his disciple Padmapada the master of inestimable splendor, not here, but in the days of discussion with Bhandan Mishra, Shankaracharya called Urvashi through Tantra in front of him and worked with him. It was understood that it was impossible for him to be a sannyasin, on the strength of this spiritual practice, a hundred years ago, Mwami Vishuddhanand ji made it In Nvmundi had Ashcharvckit the British making innovative dance ashram, And Blasim, the then collector of the time, had said that I had not seen such a beauty in my life, she suddenly came and the dance she performed was astonishing.

Urvashi Sadhana can be done by any seeker. According to Sasthra, Urvashi's cultivation wife should be done as a lover. Cultivation method

This practice is of 49 days, this practice is started from any full moon night, sit in a corner of the HOUSE and sit on the north side, light the unbroken lamp of kneading ghee and add a little rose in the water itself Mix a perfume and bathe in a clean white cloth and sit on the pedestal, and keep the uvashi yantra and picture in front and chant the mantra with a beads of pearl.

Sleep at the same place after chanting the mantra. In these 49 days, he can neither talk to anyone, nor can go out of the room only to go out to defecate. On the seventh day, the sound of ghungroos is heard sweetly, but the seeker should keep chanting the mantra in a nonchalant manner.

On the twenty-first day it will feel as if it were rare

The aroma has spread, followed by such an aroma and such a feeling. On the 36th day it will feel as if a unique beautiful lady has sat near the seat, but the seeker does not become obsolete and keep chanting, on the 47th, the seeker's test begins, and he is presently sitting in the seeker's dock. Even then, the seeker should neither be distracted nor aroused. On the 49th day, he adorned and sat beside the seeker

She will go and ask what is the order for me, then the seeker will say please be my wife and please like a girlfriend, then she becomes perfect, and continues to provide happiness, work, money throughout life. It is a tried system, and There is authentic proven experiment in itself, once proven there is no need to use it again and again in life,

Three things are necessary in this work

1. Do not speak anything to anyone for 49 days during Sadhana period.

2. Do not perform adultery after Ushi is proved after prostration.

3. If Urvashi Tantra is proved, please Raman with it, get whatever you want, but do not misuse the money.

This sadhana is still alive today, and even today many tantrikas have proved it. In fact, it is a wonderful and fully pleasing spiritual practice of life, which has no bonding or fault, even in classical terms, to prove it. On looking directly, this practice seems to be long, but if you pay attention to its mantra, it can be said to be simpler than other practice. At the same time, its authenticity is proved by being blessed by Maharishi Vishwamitra.
